Sell your digital work with delivery handled

You can sell from outside Thailand if you can open and verify a Thailand-based Stripe account. Stripe requires a business address in Thailand and a Thailand-based bank account denominated in THB; other requirements depend on your business type. Digiwava can't connect Stripe accounts registered in other countries.

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. Package files are scanned continuously for malware, and confirmed threats block package downloads.

If Digiwava requests changes, you can edit and resubmit the listing. Pending edits don't change the approved version buyers see. Once a replacement package is approved, existing buyers receive it with their next download.

Buyers can find your products in the Marketplace, through Digiwava's AI Assistant, through compatible external AI assistants that support MCP, or through search engines.

You manage each listing in one place. Digiwava uses the approved details for Marketplace search, AI discovery, the public product page, sitemap entries, and structured product data. Compatible clients and search engines decide what they expose or index, so discovery, ranking, and traffic are not guaranteed.

In Thailand, Stripe typically makes funds from each sale available after about 7 business days. It then pays out to your Thai bank account daily, weekly, or monthly, based on the schedule you set in Stripe. Sales are processed through your connected Stripe account, so Digiwava never holds your balance.

You can issue a full or partial refund from the Sales page and record the reason. Each payment covers one product. A partial refund keeps buyer access. Successful refunds that together cover the full payment end future access and hide the review, though you can restore access from the Sales page.

Refunds don't automatically return Digiwava's platform fee to your Stripe balance. Card chargebacks use Stripe's dispute process(opens in a new tab) in Stripe Dashboard. Buyer access remains available while a dispute is pending and ends if the buyer wins.

You're responsible for your own tax obligations. Stripe provides transaction records for your accountant, including payment processing fees. Digiwava generates buyer receipts in your name and tax invoices for VAT-registered sellers. Buyers can get a full tax invoice by providing billing details at checkout or later.

Moving up a tier lowers your platform fee on future sales and gives you more free-product slots. Tiers are based on lifetime paid sales: Silver starts at ฿0, Gold starts at ฿10,000, and Diamond starts at ฿100,000. Refunds, disputes, and slower months do not reduce that total, so you keep the benefits you've earned.

You can offer free products on eligible tiers. Gold sellers can publish up to 1 free product and Diamond sellers can publish up to 5 free products. Silver sellers can't publish free products, but can still use discount codes on paid products.

Digiwava protects hosted files by tying download access to the buyer's account, not a shareable URL. Each request is checked against the purchase and current payment status, then recorded on the account.

Access ends when successful refunds cover the full payment or a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor. No marketplace can prevent a buyer from copying a file after downloading it.
