By using Digiwava, you agree to these Terms. The full terms follow; here is where the most common questions are answered:
- Refunds. Digital products are nonrefundable after download or access, with the exceptions in Refund Policy (Section 3.2).
- Your license. What you may do with a purchase is the Standard License in License Terms (Section 3.4), unless the product page states otherwise.
- Seller fees. The platform fee schedule is in Payments (Section 4.3).
- Leaving. Account deletion and what happens after it are in Account Termination (Section 8).
You must be at least 13 years old to use Digiwava. If under 20, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.
To sell on Digiwava, you must meet Stripe's age requirements to create a connected account for receiving payments. If you are under 18, Stripe requires legal guardian approval before funds can be transferred.
Account Requirements:
- Accurate information required
- You are responsible for account security
Digiwava is a marketplace for digital business products. We provide the platform and facilitate payments through Stripe, but are not a party to transactions between users. We review listings for publication, policy, and listing completeness before they go live. We do not create products, and we do not certify or guarantee their quality, fitness, or outcome.
- Purchased files are available while the seller is active, and for 6 months after the seller leaves or is terminated
- Your purchase gives you one access channel for the product. Sellers may update purchased products, and when you download again you receive that channel's current approved files, not the files available on your purchase date. A seller may instead start a separate channel for future buyers; those updates do not reach your channel. If you need a specific earlier file, keep your own copy after downloading
- For a product delivered through a link, key, code, or password, your entitlement is bounded by the buyer requirements shown before purchase, including any stated account, subscription, region, compatibility, or access-duration limit. External availability may depend on the seller or third-party provider
- Files may be removed for legal or policy reasons; a notice will appear on your Purchases page
Digital products are nonrefundable after download or access. If a download is corrupted, contains malware, a delivered link, key, code, or password does not work as disclosed, or the product is materially not as described, contact the seller through the product page. If the issue is not resolved, contact support within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and may:
- Provide a corrected file (repair)
- Request a refund from the seller or process one on their behalf
Refunds are not available for change of preference, finding a cheaper alternative, or changing your mind after downloading.
Valid claims are typically resolved within 7 business days. Refund handling depends on the payment method: card refunds are returned to the original payment method, while PromptPay refunds may require you to provide refund bank account details through Stripe before Stripe can complete the refund. A successful partial refund does not revoke platform access. When successful refunds cumulatively equal the full payment amount, Digiwava revokes platform access to the product's files and hides its delivered links, keys, codes, passwords, private instructions, and review. After a full refund, the seller may restore platform access at their discretion. If a payment is disputed, platform access remains available while the dispute is pending; if the dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor, access is revoked and the associated review is hidden. Digiwava cannot revoke a delivery value that you already copied, used, or redeemed through an external service.
For a plain-language summary, see Can I get a refund? in the FAQ.
Do not share, resell, or misuse purchased products.
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, your purchase grants a Standard License:
- Nonexclusive: Others may purchase the same product
- Nontransferable: You may not transfer rights to another person or entity
- Nonsublicensable: You may not grant rights to third parties
- Single entity use: For you or your business or organization only
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or bundle the product
- Share the product with others outside your organization
- Claim the product as your own original work
- Use in templates or generators that output the product to end users
If a product page states different license terms for that product, those terms control over the Standard License. Check the product page before purchasing if you need rights beyond the Standard License.
The license applies to products delivered through files, links, keys, codes, or passwords. It does not grant a third-party account, subscription, or service entitlement beyond the buyer requirements disclosed for the product.
Product support is provided by sellers, not Digiwava. Sellers may offer support through Digiwava Chat or external channels (Discord, LINE, Telegram, WhatsApp, email) as shown on the product page. Support options may change at any time.
Some products are delivered as a license key, access link, invite code, password, redemption code, downloadable files, or a combination. The product page shows the delivery type and buyer requirements before purchase. The delivered value and private redemption instructions appear on your Purchases page after payment succeeds. If immediate delivery cannot be completed, the payment follows the refund process in Refund Policy (Section 3.2). The purchase keeps the delivery requirements accepted for that order even if the seller later edits the listing. Redemption, validity, access duration, and external availability are the seller's responsibility under Product Support (Section 3.5) and remain subject to the disclosed requirements and any applicable third-party provider terms.
Some Digiwava AI features generate text from inputs you provide. As between you and Digiwava, we claim no ownership of generated outputs, and you may use them for any lawful purpose. Outputs are produced by third-party AI models: similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users, outputs may not be protectable by copyright, and we do not warrant that an output does not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for your inputs (see Prohibited Conduct (Section 5)) and for how you use outputs. AI inputs and Assistant activity are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Stripe Connect Standard account meeting Stripe Thailand requirements (Thai tax ID, and either Thai residence for individuals or a Thai-registered business)
- Thai bank account for payouts
- Rights to all products sold
You are an independent contractor, not our employee or partner. You act on your own behalf, not on behalf of Digiwava.
We use Stripe Connect Standard. You are the merchant of record for your sales. We deduct any applicable platform fee at the time of charge. Our standard fee schedule is:
- Silver (฿0+ lifetime sales): 25% platform fee
- Gold (฿10,000+ lifetime sales): 20% platform fee
- Diamond (฿100,000+ lifetime sales): 15% platform fee
Your tier updates automatically as your lifetime sales grow. The new standard rate applies to future sales only. A promotional waiver or discount may reduce the fee applied to an eligible sale without changing this standard schedule. We may update the fee schedule from time to time; changes apply to future sales only and we will notify you in advance. Payout timing and Stripe processing fees are governed by Stripe and your account settings; we do not control payout schedules. If you refund a buyer directly through your Stripe Dashboard, the platform fee is not returned automatically. Contact us with the payment ID to have the platform fee refunded.
You are responsible for the tax obligations that apply to your activities and legal form, including income tax, VAT registration and compliance when required, and withholding tax when you are an in-scope withholding agent. If your annual taxable turnover exceeds ฿1,800,000, you generally must register for VAT. An eligible business below that threshold may register voluntarily.
For qualifying Stripe processing fees, and subject to applicable thresholds, the ordinary 3% Thai service-fee withholding rule applies when the Stripe account holder is a company, juristic partnership, or other juristic person. It does not apply to an individual or sole proprietor merely because the fees are business expenses. VAT registration does not change this legal-form classification. Stripe may advance or adjust an amount related to WHT, but a Stripe balance adjustment does not itself determine whether you have a withholding duty. See Do I need to handle withholding tax (WHT) on Stripe fees? for the current plain-language process.
As the merchant of record, you are the issuer responsible for receipts and any tax invoices required for your sales. Digiwava generates these seller-issued documents using your configured business details. Full tax invoices are generated only when you are VAT-registered, your required VAT billing details are configured, and the buyer provides complete billing details; you remain responsible for their accuracy and for your own tax compliance.
You retain ownership of your products. The license you grant us for all user content, including products, is described in Your Content (Section 6.1).
When you submit an update, you choose whether it continues the current buyer access channel or starts a separate channel. An approved update that continues the current channel reaches existing buyers with access on their future downloads. An approved update on a new channel serves future buyers only, and earlier buyers stay on the channel they bought. A first publication and every change to your key delivery rules always start a new channel. Product updates must not make the live listing materially inaccurate.
For products delivered through a link, key, code, or password, you must:
- Own the product or have permission to distribute and sell the delivered access
- Comply with applicable third-party terms, including restrictions on account transfers, credential sharing, sublicensing, and redistribution
- Accurately disclose every required account, application, paid subscription, compatible device or format, regional restriction, and access-duration limit before purchase
- Provide a working delivery value immediately after successful payment and ensure it matches the delivery type and product description
- Keep delivered links, keys, codes, passwords, and private redemption instructions out of public listing fields
A password may unlock only a product-scoped resource. It must not provide access to a personal or shared account. Claims of permanent or lifetime access must match access you control and can provide.
You are responsible for chargebacks and related fees. Stripe debits chargebacks, refunds, and processing fees directly from your connected account balance. Digiwava does not prepare, stage, or submit dispute evidence, and does not choose a response method on your behalf.
Use the Sales page to review each dispute's amount, reason, status, response deadline, and a summary of the buyer's completed downloads, then open your Stripe Dashboard from that page to accept or respond. You manage and submit the dispute directly in Stripe and remain responsible for meeting Stripe's deadline. A card dispute's fixed fees can exceed a low-price sale even when you win, so weigh the response fee before countering. Stripe lists PromptPay as not applicable for disputes, so accepting PromptPay only, which you configure in your own Stripe payment-method settings, avoids the ordinary card chargeback path; PromptPay refunds still follow their own workflow.
While a dispute is open, the buyer keeps access to that purchase unless a full refund has already ended it. Winning the dispute leaves that access in place, and losing it revokes access and hides the buyer's review.
While regular payout schedules are controlled by Stripe and your account settings, we may pause payouts to your account if we detect suspicious activity or to comply with Stripe's requirements.
Do not:
- Sell content you do not have rights to, or content that is illegal or harmful
- Transfer accounts, share personal or shared account credentials, hide a required paid plan or other buyer requirement, or place a purchase-only delivery value in a public listing
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Create accounts to evade bans or manipulate ratings, reviews, or sales metrics
- Harass users or expose their personal information
- Submit sensitive personal data, government-issued identity documents, or precise geolocation through profiles, chat, AI prompts, or other uploads
- Submit another person's personal data unless you have lawful authority and the information is necessary for a permitted use of the service
- Circumvent platform fees
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the platform without permission. Automated access to the public product catalog is permitted only through our published MCP interface, subject to these Terms
- Upload malware or attempt to bypass security measures
You retain ownership of all content you submit to Digiwava, including products, reviews, profile information, shop descriptions, and chat messages. You grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the platform, deliver purchases to buyers, and provide platform features (such as displaying reviews and seller profiles).
We own the platform. Do not copy or reverse engineer it.
We operate a notice-and-takedown process. To report alleged infringement, email legal@digiwava.com with:
- Links to your original work and the allegedly infringing listing
- Proof you own the rights or represent the rights holder
- A statement that your notice is accurate and made in good faith
We review notices and may remove or restrict access to content while we investigate. If your content is removed, you may submit a counter-notice with supporting details explaining why you believe the removal was in error.
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers. We are not a party to user-to-user disputes.
Digiwava is provided "as is" without any warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid through Digiwava in the six (6) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for user content or conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.
You agree to defend us from claims arising from your use of Digiwava or violations of these Terms.
File scanning runs asynchronously. Downloads remain available while a malware scan is pending, flagged for review, or incomplete. A confirmed threat, or a file that fails our integrity checks, blocks downloads of the affected package. Access may resume after the seller ships an approved replacement or our review clears the block. Scanning reduces risk but cannot guarantee detection or removal of every issue. You should scan files before use.
Features labeled as beta or preview are provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued anytime.
You can delete your account from account settings anytime.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in illegal activity
- Harm other users
- Remain inactive (no sign-in or transactions) for 12 consecutive months
Access ends immediately. If we terminate solely for inactivity, we process the account as an account deletion under our Privacy Policy, including its restoration window and retention periods. If a seller's account is terminated, their buyers keep access to purchased files for 6 months. Termination alone does not entitle you to a refund or change your eligibility under Refund Policy (Section 3.2). Certain data is retained per legal requirements (financial records for 5 years). Digiwava Chat history follows the standard 90-day retention described in the Privacy Policy and is not extended by termination. See our Privacy Policy for full retention details.
These Terms are governed by Thai law. To the extent permitted by law, venue and jurisdiction are the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
We encourage users to resolve disputes directly. We may assist with mediation but are not obligated to resolve disputes between users.
Disputes are resolved individually to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms anytime. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any product-page license terms referenced in License Terms (Section 3.4) are the entire agreement. Invalid provisions do not affect the rest. You cannot transfer your rights without permission. We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
