I accidentally opened this file on a plane and the person next to me upgraded me to first class. He was the pilot. He came out of the cockpit specifically to move me. Said he "could feel the quality from the front of the aircraft." 🙏

I asked him who was flying the plane. He said "autopilot." Then he sat down and asked me to walk him through every single template. We landed 20 minutes late. Nobody complained.

I presented using these templates at a conference. Standing ovation. Three job offers. Two marriage proposals. One person in the back whispered "that's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen" and everyone heard it because the room was THAT silent with awe.
