I accidentally opened this file on a plane and the person next to me upgraded me to first class. He was the pilot. He came out of the cockpit specifically to move me. Said he "could feel the quality from the front of the aircraft." 🙏

I asked him who was flying the plane. He said "autopilot." Then he sat down and asked me to walk him through every single template. We landed 20 minutes late. Nobody complained.

Great product! I customized it in 10 minutes. It took me longer to make coffee. Way longer. I'm bad at coffee.

My designer friend saw these and actually said "nice." Do you understand how rare that is? Designers never say "nice." They say "interesting" or "hmm" or just make a face.

But she said "nice." With a period. Not even passive-aggressive. Genuine niceness. 👍
